Accurate Box Company will take the Innovation Stage at Pack Expo 2026 to share the development of our double-sided litho-laminated corrugated packaging capability.
During the session, “Double-Sided Litho-Laminated Corrugated: From Concept to Production,” Executive Vice President Samara Ronkowitz and Senior Director of Manufacturing Systems, Innovation & EHS Neil Della Valle will provide an inside look at how Accurate Box brought high-graphic litho printing to both the exterior and interior of corrugated packaging, done entirely in-house.
From Concept to Production
Bringing double-sided litho-laminated corrugated packaging to life was nearly a decade long journey of research, experimentation, and problem-solving. Along the way, our team explored different technologies and approaches, each bringing us closer to the solution while uncovering new challenges that needed to be solved:
- How do you fit a completely new process into an existing plant?
- How do you account for existing converting requirements?
- And how do you maintain precise registration between two printed surfaces?
At Pack Expo, we’ll go behind the scenes of that journey, sharing the approaches we explored, the lessons we learned, and how we ultimately brought double-sided litho-laminated corrugated packaging into commercial production.
Attendees will also see how double-sided printing can open new opportunities to use both sides of a corrugated package for branding, product information, instructions, QR codes, promotions, and more.
