Accurate Box completes a 200,000-square-foot plant expansion and purchases new state-of-the-art equipment as it continues to grow as an independent and family-owned company.
Paterson, NJ – September 2017 – Accurate Box Company completed a 200,000-square-foot plant expansion and purchased new equipment for their state-of-the-art facility.
The entire process, from developing the plan to constructing the building, took five years. The expansion enabled Accurate Box to stay in Paterson, NJ as an independent, state-of-the-art, high graphic corrugated box manufacturer and has also allowed them to increase their workforce by over 35%.
Lisa Hirsh, CEO and President of Accurate Box, is excited about the new expansion and what it will do for the company, stating, “Now that we are in our new building, we are excited to be planning for the future. At Accurate Box, that means new equipment and more automation so that we can be more efficient. Since the completion of the expansion, we have installed our first robot packing unit, a new digital press, and a new 7-color printing press with UV coating capabilities. Nevertheless, we are continuously researching new and developing equipment in the marketplace that will allow us to be extremely competitive when finding the right solutions for our customers.”
