At the end of 2019, Accurate Box Company installed two new BOBST Die Cutters to expand its die cutting capabilities.
Paterson, NJ – January 2020 – Accurate Box Company, a women-owned company and manufacturer of litho-laminated corrugated packaging, purchased two new BOBST Die Cutters to increase productivity in its New Jersey facility. The installation of each machine took around a month, the first die cutter was operational in October and the second in December. Bobst also sent representation to Accurate for an entire month during each installation to help train the Accurate Box employees on the new equipment.
Accurate Box’s Senior Director of Manufacturing, Pat Pagani, states that the Die Cutters “help both Accurate Box and our customers by improving our quality due to better output and automation.” Accurate Box’s sales have increased by 10% every year over the past five years. It is very important for Accurate to stay ahead of its sales curve by purchasing new machinery that will increase capacity and throughput in its 400,000 sq ft. facility.
