Accurate Box is proud to announce its latest equipment installation to its Laminating Department, continuing to make its manufacturing facility a model for quality output and productivity.
Paterson, NJ – February 2024 – Accurate Box Company is proud to announce the successful installation of a Bobst Masterflute Touch Laminator, marking a significant upgrade to its Laminating Department. This investment reaffirms Accurate Box’s commitment to delivering high-quality boxes and maximizing productivity at its 400,000-square-foot facility.
Accurate Box transformed its oldest Version VI Asitrade Laminator to the cutting-edge Masterflute Touch. Installation of the new laminator started in September, and it became fully operational in November. Accurate Box was well prepared for the installation as employees were consulted on new shift hours and crews were divided to work on the other two laminators Accurate Box has in its facility. Accurate Box’s team, along with Bobst’s team, worked around the clock to get the machine into production as scheduled, and the plan was executed to perfection.
This machine adds the most advanced laminating technology the industry has to offer to Accurate Box’s facility. The investment also helps Accurate Box be more sustainable through the machine’s ability to run more efficiently by producing less waste and running faster. The upgrade increased the output of this line by over 20%, which is a remarkable improvement and is a testament to the positive impact it will have on Accurate Box’s process.
Looking ahead, the Accurate Box team has plans for many more facility upgrades and machine installations in 2024. The team is constantly looking for new and innovative ways to increase production, support customers, and maintain its above-industry quality standard.
