Dear Friends and Customers:
Well, Mother Nature really showed her fury on the East Coast this week! As you all have seen on television, the damage to homes, businesses, and infrastructure was unprecedented in our lifetime. We send all of you who were affected by the storm our thoughts and best wishes and hope that you get your lives and homes back to normal as quickly as possible.
Here at Accurate, we were well prepared for Sandy. Our “Recovery Protocols” provide for back-up power generation for our entire production facility. As a result, we have been able to maintain full production capability and 100% on-time delivery performance in the face of widespread power outages throughout many sections of New Jersey.
On a personal level for our folks, we have organized carpools to enable our people to be able to get to work and save on gas consumption.
Many of you have reached out to us with calls and e-mails of concern. We sincerely appreciate your kind thoughts and well wishes. I want you to know that all is well.
In addition, many of our people have gotten together to raise money to donate to various Hurricane relief funds; we certainly encourage you to do the same for those less fortunate.
